These bite size brownies are great for bag lunches and bake sales.

* 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
* 1 oz. (2 squares) unsweetened baking chocolate
* 1/2 c. red raspberry jam
* 1/2 c. brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 3/4 c. flour
* 1/2 c. CALIFORNIA walnuts, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan. Press jam through sieve to remove seeds. Stir jam and sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Stir in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Stir in flour and walnuts.
2. Generously grease or spray mini tart pans. Spoon in batter, filling to top. Bake 10 - 12 min, or until tops start to crack and tester comes out clean. Let cool 5 min. in pan; remove and cool completely on wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
