* 1 1/3 c. small curd cottage cheese
* 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
* 2 Tbsp. honey, or to taste
* 4 tsp. mini chocolate pieces
* 16 frozen mini waffles or 4 frozen (4 in.) waffles, toasted
Orange Cream:
* 1/4 c. whipping cream
* 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
* 1/4 tsp. orange extract
1. In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients except the waffles. Place a heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each waffle. Top each waffle with a dollop of the Orange Cream.
2. Orange Cream: In a small, chilled mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, whip together all ingredients until soft peaks form.
