* 2 bulbs fennel, fronds removed, sliced into 1/3 in. thick slices
* 2 Tbsp. olive oil
* salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
* 1/4 c. white truffle oil
1. Heat grill to high. Brush the fennel with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and grill fennel slices for
about 4 min. per side or until slightly charred and softened.
2. Place fennel on a platter and drizzle with white truffle oil. If desired,season with additional salt and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature with cheese.
