Fruity Cottage Waffles with Orange Cream

| 1 1/3 c. small curd cottage cheese |
| 1/2 c. fresh raspberries |
| 2 Tbsp. honey, or to taste |
| 4 tsp. mini chocolate pieces |
| 16 frozen mini waffles or 4 frozen (4 in.) waffles, toasted |

| Orange Cream: |
| 1/4 c. whipping cream |
| 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar |
| 1/4 tsp. orange extract |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, blend all ingredients except the waffles. Place a heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each waffle. Top each waffle with a dollop of the Orange Cream.
2. Orange Cream: In a small, chilled mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, whip together all ingredients until soft peaks form.
